I hope the title wasn’t too misleading but I couldn’t resist.

On a recent commercial property inspection I ran across this roof covered in doggy doo. Notice I said I was on the roof?

This particular building was roughly 35 feet high and had three levels of roof. This was the second level.

When I came to the top of the transition ladder I sort of gasped at how much doggy doo was up there. The picture doesn’t really doo the situation justice as it was everywhere. Sort of like a mine field.  I know, I know. I’m being a real stinker here aren’t I.

So, what’s the meaning of all of this?  There is an upstairs apartment in the building and the tenant has two dogs that he has apparently been letting out onto the roof to doo their duty rather than getting dressed and taking them to the park or wherever.

I guess the roof is better than the dining room carpet…what do you think?
